Southwest Airlines Federal Credit Union (SWACU) is a credit union based in Dallas, TX, with branches in Houston and Phoenix. They primarily serve the employees of Southwest Airlines, but also partner for 200+ other businesses in their markets. They have a closed membership, meaning someone walking in from the street can become a member. This made marketing the credit union really unique and challenging.
